So what do you do when there is 2 ft of new snow and you get from 10-2 off work. You take a walk.

Location: Coal bank pass

Date: 4/13 and 14

Attendees: Myself, and the dogs

The face

Not steep, technical, burly etc by any means; however, it is only about 30 mins to the top after the first track was cut. Perfect for quick lunchtime laps.

So got off work, loaded the dogs, and away we went.

Heading up the pass

Beautiful weather for skiing. They snow was heavy wet spring snow on Thursday and became much lighter Friday.

Looking down during the hike up

The snow made breaking trail challenging, but its the price to pay to play the game.

Some doggie stoke.

And then from almost as high as I went

And the best part was all my tracks got filled in the second day to do it all again

That is all
