sooo, last night me and some friends just had a lil fire down at the beach and there happened to be some beer there. then we got "protected and served." aside from almost crying that i didnt get to finish my beer i got a gay ass MIP. i live in spokane for school, but gonna hafta come back to seattle for the court date. you guys have any experience with this (know if i can get an extension on that court date til summertime, etc.)? just a lil pissed off, and gonna try to get through without the parents finding out, im already on thiiin ice with them. any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

yea im 18 so they dont know about it, and by god im gonna do my best to keep it that way. it just could get skechy with the whole goin to school in spokane and havin to come back for court. i just gotta wait and see how that one pans out. damn i gotta go skiing.

Call the prosecutor. You can get what is called defered prosecution and pay just court fees. ~150 bucks.
