    Crested Butte Tele Comp's?

Anyone up to see/ski this? I'm going to try my hand at the comp's and was wondering if anyone else was.

Good luck! Last year I watched some of the tele comp at Alpine Meadows and it looked like fun. I planned on entering this year, but the tour folded sparing me much embarrassment.

I think Meatdrink, Hard Rider and Tyrone are doing the Kirkwood comp. Burly.

hardrider couldn't get pre-registered in time....as soon as it was announced that KW would host the World Tour finals, qualifier registration was shut off.

whoops, actually I wasn't asking about the comp's in general but wondered if the infestation had made it down to the CB (alpine) freeskiing comp's.

But that's pretty neat Meat and you entered, Tyrone. How was it? How were the chosen runs? Pics of the 2002(?) CB Alp Comp's looked sad. Everything was skied to smithereens, i.e. hard. Any better at KW?

Still not 100% sure. We may head down there the week before and skip the comp.

If I skip it, it'll be the first year since 1997 I haven't made it to at least one comp.

Was gonna go, but there's a mt bike race that weekend I think I would rather do, after all, I have turned into a leg-shaving, heart monitor wearing XC geek.

Pansies...why don't you just tell the truth:

"Yeah, I too was going to go, but it turns out I just really suck."

We're not falling for your "I'm to busy and too much of an extremo-dude" pathetic excuses.
