Yellowstone River Yakkers/Rafters?

Anybody going to be hanging out at Yankee Jim Canyon this summer? We usually do, but I may be in need of help. The guy that usually pilots the boat is joining the Army, and will be gone all summer for basic and I get the boat. I have rowed a fair amount in the Jim, but have been kicking around the idea of getting a paddle crew together occasionally. Anybody down, or need help shuttling, let me know. Thanks.

i've rowed drift boats on the yellowstone (never in the canyon though) and have done lots of paddle rafting and some rowing in oar rafts (smith river).

Glad there are some people down. Shit I thought there weren't any TGR Maggots that could swim or something. hehe By the way the boat is named Nurpu, and she is a 16' Achilles bucket boat. We probably want to have a crew of eight to paddle her. I do have a frame and oars, so fishing, and whitewater can be had with less people and more beer. Let me know!

I recently picked up a 14' Aire Self-Bailer with oar frame and I'd be down to float the Bone with ya sometime, prolly before or after high water.

Anyone got a trailer for sale?

Trailers are good. The guy that owns Nurpu built a sweet trailer this winter, so this is the first season in 5 or so that we have had a trailer. I will ask around for you Lexi. Any certain type?
