I was just looking at the CLC and Pygmy sites yesterday...

I built mine from the plans Wooden Boat magazine sells, so it took a bit longer than the kit wood require, but even then their estimates are a tad skimpy time wise. I also thought the list of recommended tools was a bit on the skimpy side. Still a fun project though.
