    Targhee Conditions??????

We are tentatively heading south on wednesday to ski the 'ghee. Anyone have accurate info on conditions? It has been really warm in Bozo/Big Sky, and I don't want to drive four hours for unimproved conditions. Thanks!!

Not looking too promising considering we have had no new snow for over a week. I haven't been up there in a couple weeks so I can't tell you first hand what the 95" base is skiing like. Good luck.

I dunno, but it was 60 at my house today, and I have been hiking a few Mt. Bike trails.

I'm looking to be there the first few days of April. I'm a-thinkin' I'll be skiing in a Hawaiian shirt. Maybe I will be fishing instead.

Gonna be Driggs way for a few days - but don't know how much ski time or which day - visiting the parents and I'm sure we will have lots going on (only see the parents once or twice a year), plus they want to spend all the time with the baby, etc. We are heading up that way this Saturday and heading home Wednesday morning. I'll let you know closer to departure if we have more solid plans... (packing the fly rods too.)

Edit: I'll be in a gray helmet with TGR stickers and on my Big Daddies. I think my dad will be using my yellow K2 AK Launchers or on his old red-white-&-blue K2 Fours and my sister will be using my Pocket Rockets. Look for a trio with that combination of skis and it is probably us.

72twenty scored a good (not great) day here today. 5" reported this morning with snow falling most of the day. Yeah, vis sucked but the wind was filling everything back in that was not exposed and those non-wind exposed areas are the place to be on a day like today. Too bad some of my local friends don't understand that north facing treed slopes are the place to be when the snow is blowing in outta the south east. They had to be ditched

I didn't get to ski with 72 today but I did meet him on his way out. I just happened to notice some dude taking pics of my skis at the base and figured it must be a maggot seeing as how he was taking pics of my ski that has a "change for a nickle?" sticker on it, plus his gray helmet was plastered with TGR stickers.

Good to meet you 72 and I look forward to skiing with you someday. Too bad you couldn't stick around because all the tracks in the 'woods were filled back in by the afternoon and it was absofuckinglutely nuking. Tomorrow should be good. I think I feel sick...cough...cough.
