    there's a lot of chutes in there...but the main one we just call "West Shore" (not sure if that is just particular to our crew or it really indeed is its name) and that is where the 666's were. A small group of us split off at the top to ski an adjacent line, skier's left of this chute....and once we realized something was wrong over there, we beelined right over and got to Mrs. 666 very shortly after it happened.

    Ugh. ++++++vibes....++++++

    Got a text a few hours ago about the fall...as soon as I saw she was helie'd out I was hoping it was merely a precaution since it was OB...then got a reply from 666 saying it was serious enough to require surgery.

    I'm not surprised to hear she and the Mr. handled it with perfect composure...very grounded people....just a shame it had to be OB to require the Heli-out.

    I'm sure the recovery will be quick, I'll be sure to cycle with the Mrs in the bay area since the Mr. doesn't like the spandex required with a roadie.

    Also, +++props to Seanyob for helpin out, he knows what I mean

    My thoughts and posi vibes go out to Mrs 666 and her man. I have a friend who is an OR nurse at Barton, and as others have pointed out she will have some of the best surgeons anywhere. She is in good hands. Here's to a quick recovery. Godspeed.
