I seriously laughed when I read this and then I realized you're the guy that started the thread.

portillo is siiiiick, lots of awesome terrain out the roca jack lift. Plus there are countless lines above the lift (toilet bowl, super c) that are also awesome. Not alot of nightlife but the 4 meals a day are good. sick terrain but nothing to do besides ski. Mid august seems to be the best time for portillo. We got a night of snow followed by 7 days of blue bird...couldnt have asked for a better trip

Thanks for starting this thread buddy, I don't think skiing in SA has ever been discussed on here so a search would yield no results whatsoever.

I've only been to Portillo once in late August of 2003, conditions weren't that good -- pretty warm w/ very little snow. There are some good lines but its not that big of a place. It lacks nightlife completely -- but it is a good place to rest and recover after a few nights in Santiago .

You may want to check out Las Lenas.

I plan on spending the entire month of August in South America -- I got Vaca Time

Ya see, if you had posted naked photos to begin with, no one would give a rats ass about your lack of ability to communicate in the written english language.

So now all we have is this to tear you apart with, JONG!
