I don't know. What the hell is wrong with you?? There's no work on a powder day!

IRLTS, I shoot with an Olympus E-500. Most of the shots yesterday were taken with my 50-150mm lens.

    As usual D,

Yes, you do. Would be fun to take you on the grand tour Hannes. We've got a spare bedroom for ya. Jet Blue is running around $225 round trip right now! Just let me know.

    Beautiful shots, D.

I'm a camera jong...so maybe I should know this from what you said about the camera...but what kind of optical zoom does that lens provide? Wondering how close you are to the skier in those particularly close up shots...

It's a telephoto DSLR lens, so I have no idea what it's focal length would translate to an optical zoom. It's a 40-150 mm f3.5/4.5 lens with a 80-300mm equivalent 35mm focal length. Most of those closeup shots I was anywhere from 15'-45' away from the skier.

awwwwwesommmmmee! rad shots! almost makes up for the fact I've been laid up on the couch for 3 weeks now--with at least two more to go. All I can think is the base will be sweet in a coupla weeks.

Sam and I need to get together and vandalize some shit. From everything I've heard/see, kid kills it.

Also ISKIBC, you better have some time off this weekend....I think Kya has some things in Eagle County he wants to jump off.

Sam kills it. He's entering his first comp this weekend up in Aspen and I'm sure he will do well. I figured you and him would do some serious damage.

Yes, this weekend for sure. Thinking either Eagle or Routt. It's gonna be good pretty much everywhere. Let's talk on Friday.

Reports from Routt county are nothing but rain and 90 degree temps.

Very Very nice work Dave. I'm looking out of the window at the super 8 in Taos, watching the dust blow by. I've only been gone for 10 hours but I'm already missing the sick season we're having back home.

I'm off next week. We should go skiin sometime.
