    your right about the snow water ration, its supposed to be very cold. But it would be better if it started real wett. NOw everyone take off your snow tires, now!!!!! Latest discusion 2 feet!! But shhhhhhh!

    MODELS ARE STARTING TO WABBLE AGAIN ON THIS SYSTEM SO THE JET COULD EITHER REMAIN FURTHER NORTH OR POSSIBLY DROP FURTHER SOUTH...BUT RIGHT NOW THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS LOOK TO BE JUST NORTH OF TAHOE. WITH ONLY MARGINAL AMOUNTS.

    NORTH SHORE is the best shore!

    Just got home...it was good, REAL GOOD!!!!!! 12" up top and blown in deeper in places. so much fun! really stoked to be skiing soft snow again.

    Where was this shit in March when we had a base?!? Better late than never.

    Cause just when I thought dawn patrols in the pow were a thing of the past.....we got some very light and dry on Carson Pass this AM. Over 1' in places and fun as hell. The scratchy base was hardly noticed and/or deep enough to forget about.

    I don't really like this type of weather in April, but it's been a nice routine as of late - ski shallow but fun pow, Ride nice tight single track. Repeat.
