Worth a read, even if it does tread the nebulous fact/fiction/myth border.

Elvis has left the building
I liked it, but did you find it was just a little too long at ~ 800 pages? Also, Google the guy and look up his picture, does he look anything like you would expect him too after reading the book?
It is also schedule or is already in production as a movie w/ some big name hollywood guy.
I was reading it on planes and in airports, so long was good. He's about how I pictured, and the movie might not be horrible if Johnny Depp really plays him
Elvis has left the building
I pictured his tank top being camouflage.
He is DoctorWhat?'s Brother...
Feh... interesting and fun to read, but by the end the author was driving me crazy. He seemed almost as much of a self-aggrandizing egomaniac as my old friend Dick Marchinko, the Rogue Warrior. Then again, I suppose only a raging egomaniac could spew out such a complex and detailed 800 page narrative? :P All in all, I'd recommend this book for anyone stuck in an elevator or enduring a spectacularly long flight.
One note: anyone looking for the same blend of action, travel, politics, and romance with love, spirituality, being etc might want to check out the non-fiction Inhaling the Mahatma by Christopher Kremmer, great read... and you're able to enjoy the read without doubting the voice of the narrator.
