No error message displayed,
used "attach file", browse for jpeg from "my photo" opened it, it then appeared in the box below and hit submit. It is a mystery to me.

You got the right file name FN. I just used the Insert hyperlink and pasted your properties file name into it.FN's picture
So to post the picture instead of the hyperlink just right click the picture and then get the properties file name. http://www.biglines.com/photos/blpic13998.jpg Take that image file name above and paste it to the image pop-up button. It don't get an easier.
