    Pinched nerve in shoulder/neck...?

I took a digger on Friday and I think I pinched a nerve- I went down hard. I immediately felt that something in my arm was numb/not right. I hobbled down to the base and took one more run then went home.

My tip of my thumb is prickly and I have some soreness (nagging ache) on the outside of my shoulder between the shoulder and elbow.

I have great and smooth flexibility, just painful.

Dr. Google says I pinched a nerve and that Vitamin i (Advil) will help help ease the pain. and that I should be stretching my shoulder/back frequently.

The more I move it the better it feels, so I'll be skiing today. Just carefully.

Mine has been that way going on 12 years now. Sometimes, they just don't go away. Advil doesn't even touch it unfortunately. YMMV. You may want to try a chiropractor. Good luck!
