this am a patrolman throwing shots into "the chutes" was grabbed and taken for an approx 850' ride. he self extricated and was flown by Careflight into "Renown" (the hospital with an "ow" in it) and seems to be doing fine. details at 6:30... south and east facing slopes on the east side of the sierra's were showing instabilities at multiple tahoe type areas this morning. bc may be shaky through the rest of the week. be safe out there...
