    i need a 2100ci, 35ltr pack

in your opinions whats the best 2100ci or 35ltr pack for big ski days/light overnighters and day mountainerring routes?
    ive thaught of the
    marmot la merje
    bca stash
    osprey switch 35
    osprey exposure 35
they need to carry skis, ropes, axes and all he usual crap that we lug arround the hills...
what you think? thanks for the help and sorry about the spelling.
just a thaught, mabie top loading is better for carrying a rope as all summer it will be used for climbing....

Definitely check out the Targhee from Gregory. It's got a ton of really cool features, and assuming you're a large it's exactly the size you're looking for.

I'm no guide, but the Deuter Guide 35+ is a damn good pack. I've got the next size up.

Almost any "climbing/mountaineering/ski-touring" rucksack will work. Just pick one that has everything you think you need and not much extra. Then try it for fit (and laoded) so you'll know how it feels to carry. Also try the ski-lashing system and how well it keeps the skis in place (try it with both full and not-full sack).

Also the Osprey Switch is really big, you might be able to get a way with the next size down (I think BCRider had a pic of his switch all loaded up).

I have the Osprey Switch 25+5, but it was a bit heavy and too small for long days of touring, so got the new switch 36, and its spot on...

Room for everything you need to bring, and lighter than the former, and many smart things like the helmet pocket on top, thats also super for skins on the way down. They thought about almost everything, and its the best fit I have found.

Millet Pro light 35 or 45. I use a 45 as a day pack and big trip pack.
