AT boot fit for someone with Lange feet

    So this thread:
    http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/s...ont#post773090

also tried to answer this question but seemed to get side tracked on the stiffness issue.

    Based on this other thread:
    http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/s...t=garmont+foot

it seems like Garmont's have the edge over Scarpa for low volume, narrow Lange feet, in terms of fit.

How do Lowa & Dynafit compare?

I like my Lowa hiking boots, but I fit those with thick hiking socks + liners (v. thin ski socks)

I don't know anything about Dynafit boots.

I have Lange feet, and my Garmont G-rides fit like a glove, but I am down a .5 mondo size Lange=27, Garmont=26.5

I've only tried the Dynafit Aero and it felt very high volume
Garmont was the best for me

My Lange feet are happy in the Garmont Adrenalin, especially with some intuitions!

Ditto on the Garmont. I ski inbounds in the Lange 120, and the Garmont G-Ride fits fine. Ditto also on the "go down a .5 mondo" concept though I still feel like there's a little too much toe room in the G-Rides, compared to an alpine boot. While touring, I suppose that's the idea.

+1. the lowa fit closely resembles that of a bucket. you can fit both feet in one boot. (my alpine boots were langes)
