anyone from utah going to be rallying for this, I get back to SLC friday night at midnight after a week of stressful finals, and I can't think of a better way to blow off steam than to go skiing and get shithoused. Pretty much looking for someone to split gas, we can take my subie.

I've never been to A basin, so I'm not sure whats up. By the sound of it, we need to show up fairly early to get a parking spot? Can I just take my pants off and expect that someone will be scared into leaving?

And as far as the alchy situation goes, I've got a half a fifth of gray goose and another of tequilla that I'll be bringing, along with a few sixers of random microbrews I still have sitting around my house.

Alright, I've got some comps if people need them. So far the only person I have on the list is 1 comp for phishshow's friend. If you need one PM me soon and I'll mail a bunch to BZ or someone as I won't be able to make it this year.

Please only ask for a comp if you need one FOR THE MINI, there is a limited supply.

Max - do you mind handing out the comps since you are going to be there early anyway to get the beach front property? We could probably just leave them at the "Maggot Tavern" for people to pick up when they get there.

If you have any extras that aren't going to be used, I'm planning on skiing the couple days before the summit, and would love one for then too. If not, no worries.

i have invited a non-mag mate who will be joining the festivities. i'm not sure about the beer situation, but i'll be picking up a "pig" from the backcountry brewery just so i can have a few quality beers before the serious drinking begins. last i heard phishshow was getting a keg. still haven't seen anyone say anything about a grill. i can be there early to help set up, maybe pick up some breakfast food or something.

We can bring some cups, plenty for beruit and just regular drinking..

we will bring some charcoal, but if people plan on grilling they should bring some more to make sure there is enough for a few rounds

^It is walking distance. Everyone that brings a car to the beach needs to move it by something like 6pm or so, but just like a block up the street. That however, did not prevent a pretty major incident of damage to a couple of mags cars that I guess I will not name at the moment...

That mags that live closest would be about 10 miles away, for that you would need to be at least minimally sober. I'm not a huge fan of drunk driving but the road will be pretty much deserted by mid evening.

I just handed the comps off to Max, so everyone that has PM'd me will need to find him at ABasin on Saturday morning to get your comp ticket.
