    I put my skis away until next year. Next weekend we'll go to Hidden Beach to sun, dive off the rocks, and maybe hit the Flume Trail on the mt bike.

    I just bought flood insurance...for the rain...and went for a mtn bike ride....
    also taking the studded snows off my car today...wtf do I need those for?
    Also think they're closing KT for the season tomorrow....

    yes, yes. all you haters go ahead and give up on the season so that when it does snow, I get all the fresh while you skirts are cryin about how it didn't snow in January. hahaha!!

    It's the sierras, i can't think of a winter where there wasn't a dry spell.

    WARM.

    Still skiing well in the usual spots. gullies below notch chute and OIE off 10 are still smooth and chalky with fun steepish bits in between.

    I already sold my skis and am in the process of moving to Bermuda. I'm sick of waiting for snow, I think I'll feel better when I know it'll never come.
