    blueprints/floor plans

anyone here work with blueprint/floor plan design software? i'm looking for something some what more user friendly/simpler than straight up CAD (not to mention i'm not into buying it). i've been trying out SmartDraw, and it works okay, but it's not really allowing the customization that i'm looking for.

fwiw: i'm designing a physical therapy center. if anyone has any info specific to that (square footage, necessary staffing, equipment), that would just be gravy. thanks.

AutoCAD Lite is pretty cheap and user friendly. Dunno how well it works for floor plans though. I work for a company that solely builds medical buildings (wellness, rehab, therapy included) and could ask around if any of them do side work if you get in to a bind.
