    If you do a holiday near the Netherlands border to the frg at the North Sea, this is the ideal house in the best location !!!!
    My ma rents it - as she is a doctor, it is allergen save and you will not get cheated or whatever - she as a doctor has a conscience and is not some low life retal shark scameon !

    I would guess so, we had no problems.If you can live anywhere else keep out of germany and maybe EU as the german state employees rackateer using law suits that are faked to confiscate any money or goods or services they can.And a german law suit sort of "works" in the EU but not in the US.Theoretically.Effectivly, EU might be save against that.
