    Thumbs down More Positive Vibes needed

    Just found out a buddy of mine crashed yesterday at Solitude, and was life flighted out. He's out of surgery, but he did break his neck and back, and docs say he has a 10-15% chance of recovery. He has a tiny bit of movement in his hands/arms, but no movement below the chest. (from the little bit of info I was able to gather) He's got a Long road of recovery ahead of him, and might never be able to ski again. I can't imagine how awful that's gotta be, not being able to feel your legs, and not having optimistic doctors. ++++ vibes, Brandon!
    Skier Friend: Ride it split eh? next thing you know you'll be on Tele skis.... eating cookies..

    From what I can tell, just a really hard crash and tumble. (no skier collision or anything) another buddy of mine split open his kidney a few weeks back, and sister's bf got a concussion. this season is getting grimmer by the day.

    Brandon's a bad ass, though. I heard the first thing he asked for when he got out of surgery was a beer. rock on, B!
