    NOAA 6-10 day outlook

    Yeah, yeah, yeah, Snow Conditions biatch...

    If I'm reading this right (which is not a guarantee), this looks better.

    Temps:


    Precip:


    Doesn't it???

    Except that it is a sunday forecast, which has NO forecaster input. Cannot cancel out natural biases in the models for that forecast. Check back tomorrow for a more accurate picture.

    On sat and sun the 6-10/8-14 day outlook are just a 'bot spouting off computer models. Any little anamoly can throw the computer completely off. For instance, compare the 6-10 w/ the 8-14 from today...there is no progression. Typically the 8-14 would show a prog from the 6-10.

    If you're getting into forecasting, I suggest reading the 'forecast discussion' from your local noaa page. That's the goods

    There is also a full moon right around that time frame which seems to help out precipitation matters.

    that is if you believe in that sort of thing
