    Fake ID websites

Before you wonder, I am not a 15 year old pre-pubescent brat that needs a fix of booze, but I have realized that as my legs are getting stronger due to a lot of skiing, the normally consequent growth rate of my beer belly is not satisfying at all due to the hypocritical anglo-saxons.

Sure, I have plenty of ways to get a bottle of booze, but since I am just about to turn 18 and in first year of college, I have a number of friends that are turning 19 and therefore can legally to go to the bar, club, you name it... I will be able to buy porn but that's not how I want to spend my friday nights, so I would like to get a piece of ID.

Has anyone tried any of those fake ID websites, not the american ones since they are all scams, but british or others???

You need to befriend someone older who looks kindof like you, got a bro? I'm sure you've thought of this, but the only way to confidently go out is to have a REAL id.

I had many an ID sniped and more then just that dumb feeling you get after arguing something you and the bouncer know is not true, you'll feel less and less lucky not to be arrested.

Find an older buddy who's id will pass...any websites up can only get you fake ids...never the way to go. Besides, you are going to the bars to meet ladies, not work on your beer belly...you can do that anywhere.

I wouldn't trust a website. I might have one that scans and has yet to cause a problem any time it's been used. Talk to people who have good ones and find out where they got them, I would stay far away from any website. Let's not forget they are highly illegal and a website could be run by the cops for all you know.

If you bother to get one, make sure you get one that scans, otherwise it WILL get taken at some point.

That said, the largest cause of IDs getting taken is when people are out with friends and get called their real name instead of the name on the ID in front of a bouncer. (solution=real first name on id) Variations on this include the bouncer asking you your address, DOB, zodiac sign, etc. (solution=memorize the goddamned thing)

If I was still in high school and everyone was in the same boat, sure, but I am a year early so it will eventually start to suck.
Thanks for the tips, I'll look around.

There is actually one website that is supposed to be good, they make novelty ID's, which are legal as they are not exactly similar to whichever ID they try to imitate and are copyrighted, but paying a 100 bucks is too much for me, especially for a website like that.

2 fake ID stories...both involving the same fake ID.

Flashback to freshman year in college. The old man decides to take me and my older brother of 2 years to Las Vegas for a week. He says to me in these exact words, "You're not going unless you get a fake ID." So what's a young lad to do but turn to one of his 3 older brothers of course. My choices: 21, 27, or 30. I went with 21 which then forced my 21 y/o brother to all of a sudden become 27. Amazing how ghetto fabulous NJ DMV was back in the day before giving away fake ID's to the entire Islamic community. Regardless, it had to be done, and it was. I was now a college freshman with a legal fake ID and access to many of life's grand wonders.

Now we're in Las Vegas and I'm at the craps table rolling the dice... and WINNING. Not Nick Pappagiorgio from Huma winning, but put my old man up a cool g. First time rolling and had the dice strong for 20 minutes. Of course, in the middle of it all, I was stopped by some beefy men in tuxedos questioning my age. No biggie...my shit was real. I keep rolling. We win more, eat well, sleep well.

Now it's about a month later, and I'm still using the ID on campus. It's a Thursday night, and me and my friends decide to trek an hour south to a place called Lava Lounge in Baltimore (later changed to become Sally's by the Sea). It was $10 cover, open bar all night. This was every Thursday. So I have the only REAL fake New Jersey ID and 4 of my friends have the absolute worst fakes ever. There was no golden hologram, the ink was excessively black, there was no number above the photo, and the DL# itself was way off. In fact, any half-brained bouncer who would have spent all of 5 minutes looking through a DL book would have instantly known that there is no DMV in NJ that is abbreviated as XXXX. In fact, it's only a 2-letter abbreviation. Not terribly hard to see what's fake. Also, the rest of their DL# was incredibly erroneous.

So they walk in before me and get let in no questions asked. Meanwhile, I'm stopped immediately and asked my birthdate, my sign, who the governor of NJ is (Whitman at the time), what exit off the turnpike, zip code, and county. So after the hassle, I get let in. Drink a lot of liquor. Found my way to an ATM machine to get some money. Couldn't put my card in right. Had a co-ed help me out. Make out on the ATM machine for an hour. Return to the U. of Md and miss my calculus exam. Awesome night.

So now about another month goes by. Cinco de Mayo. My friends need booze, so I buy. Go to Stateline and pick up a 2 6s of Green Grenades, case of Yuengling, and a bottle of vodka. So we're unloading it out of my trunk in front of the dorms and are immediately stopped by an off-duty cop on a bike that was patrolling an area almost a quarter-mile away. So I got fucked of course with every instantly bailing. Buh-bye ID, hello 3rd alcohol strike and one-way ticket to automatic off-campus housing sophomore year.

Good story snoogens but you are lucky, they are crackin down big time these days - if you get caught, its more than a slap on the wrist these days in NYC. With the rapes/murders of the past year or so, they are uppin the ante to keep underage kids out o NYC bars. Sucks for the underagers today.

But to FFB, you gotta find a friend or someones real id that they don't need because fakes or "novelty" ids these days don't cut it at most bars. Not sure about Canada but with the scanners and holograms these days, you gotta have a real one - and make sure you memorize that shit.

But be careful, like i said they are changin laws and making the penalties a little steeper

Good story, but I don't live on campus, and this is Canada, all that would realistically be likely to happen if I got caught is getting it taken away.

i was in the same boat. Im not going to turn 21 until a few weeks into my Seinor year of college - everyone else turns 21 at least a year before I do. If i were to offer someone advice about an ID, which of course i have no knowledge of, i would tell you to invest in a really good one and make sure your first name is the same.

Yeah, this was back in early 2000. I went to a DMV in Salem, NJ which hasn't progressed since 1954. All I brought was a credit card, a birth certificate, and a social security card. Didn't even need photographic proof. But I should have been caught. I'm 5'10" with hazel eyes and my brother 6'1" with blue eyes. On the form, I put down my stats, but when the ID came back for me to approve and sign, it had my brother's stats. I thought I was instantly fucked, but luckily the gene pool that day wasn't the greatest.

As for NYC bars, I have only been carded about 20% of the time in the last few years. Best was down in the village on some bar crawl during the day with a dude sitting in a rocking chair that kept constant eye contact with the concrete sidewalk as people handed up their ID and he didn't bother to look up at their face. You could have been an albino 12 y/o with a 36 y/o ID that had the picture of Yoko Ono on it, and you would have gone in fine.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As for getting a fake, spend the money, make sure it's not a duplicate (should say something like "initial" or "renewal"), and double-check with an ID book (shouldn't be hard to find info on the internet these days about what the DL# for each state means). Choose a state that has limited holograms on it (most bouncers in CA most likely won't know what is what) and doesn't have more than one picture on it.

    FFB,

As other people have mentioned above, I think the only way to do it is to get someone's ID who looks like you (preferably an older brother). The way we used to do it was take someone else's license in and say you wanted picture ID, but now they have everyone's picture on file on the computer. We also used to take our paper license and keep the front, but take the back from someone else's so the birthdate was different, and show this with different pieces of ID with your name on it. But this doesn't work now since picture ID is mandatory.

They don't scan ID's where I live, but when I've gone to Calgary I've gotten my ID scanned in bars so I'm guessing Vancouver would be similar. I don't think you'd want to take the chance with a fake. I haven't heard of too many people successfully faking licenses here (Saskatchewan) but I don't have to worry about it anymore so I'm probably out of the loop.

If you were feeling really saucy you could scratch the "9" in your birthyear to look like a "7", but I don't think it would look so great.
Yep, seen this before. Crazy liquor & cheeseburger party got out of control.

Same deal, skipped a grade. Agreed on having first name the same. Make sure it scans......

Those books are actually hard to find, in my experience. You need to know someone who works in a restaurant or bar usually.

Get one from a state that you most likely will never go to, and NEVER use it in the state it is supposed to be from. (DUH.)

Wait did they up the drinking age in Canada? When I was 18 we would go to Canada all the time to drink.

Makes me miss the days of paper licenses printed with a dot matrix printer (I know, now I'm dating myself.) We used to scrape the number off with a razor blade and "replace" it with the new number. I think it used to cost $10 for a replacement license and then you'd use the old one.

Wow the wonderful world of fake IDs. Going to school in SW Ct, we had an older kid's friend come up from NJ. He actually worked AT THE DMV. So he took everyone's information, pretty shitty (DMV-like) photos on a digital camera, and 150 bucks, went back to NJ and made up the licenses at work, and came back 3 weeks later with the IDs. Sure beat heading into NYC and getting one in the village for 65 bucks in a random back room straight out of Saw 3. I didnt need one of the NJ IDs though- an older kid that we hung out with once in a while came up to me and was like- hey you need an ID? I said yes, and he told me I looked just like one of his friends who was already 21. I got the kid's ID and it worked for 2.5 years flawlessly- except for the one time a little store asked for backup ID trying to buy a fifth of jager.
My advice- get a good state's license. DO NOT GET NJ. Mass has tough IDs to copy (from what Ive heard all around) so find someone that looks like you from MA- or another state with tough to copy IDs. Youll have to put in some serious work- probably not money unless you want to give the person some love- but itll take some time. It will all be worth it though. You can then screw as much as you want with a backup ID (school ID backup is easy to tweak/dupe to match your new ID). When you go out, put your real ID in a different compartment in your wallet. Never take it out unless it means youre going to prison. Learn the address stuff, ssn, zodiac sign, and HOW TO SPELL THE NAME if its at all remotely difficult. Spelling the name should be second nature. If you get bagged, DO NOT make a big deal out of it, just tell him youll be back to talk to the manager- and do so. Real ID- looks like you...the manager isnt going to go through too much hassle if you play it cool. Mentions cops, dont worry about it- most likely wont call. If he does, get the hell out of there- dont get bagged. Not sure how it is in Canada though- you can get seriously fucked nowadays w/ a fake ID in the US.

No, I guess you're an 18 year old post-pubescent brat that needs a fix of booze.

I got my first ID from my manager at the swimclub where I worked. He was 19 and I was 16. It worked well enough. My second ID was a military ID I bought from some douchebag in College. The drinking age at school was 21, yet right down the road in DC it was 18 for beer & wine, so I walked up to a dude drinking Vodka in a bar there that looked like me and offered him $50 to "lose" his ID so I could use it in MD.

After giving me a bunch of shit he did. Problem solved.

Now that I'm 40 I just look forward to the few times I still get carded......

18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec - 19 everywhere else.

If that's the case, and you have less than a year, I wouldn't fret about it.

Yeah, it was only in 2005 that NJ made their new IDs....now mine is the hardest to copy in the US..

Any, the old ones were made entirely from paint, papers, and plastic that anyone in the US could legally buy. My friend used to make fakes his freshman year at UVA and made something like $10k in two semesters...

Yep - I made a NJ fake in 1988 with a color printer, polaroid, pen knife, and cheap laminating machine. Worked for 3 years - lost it like 5 mos before my 21st BD.

    adding to rap's post:
i lost my wallet this past fall and received a nice ticky after the police routinely "inventoried" the wallet upon reciept. I figured the standard new york state $350 fine was in order, but then heard about a Patriot Act clause which says states must share information concerning identity fraud. My minor offense was transferred back to my home state (IL) which, if i hadnt been paying attention, would suspended my drivers license for one year, no questions asked. I had to hire a lawyer and work with the local DA to get my charge changed to a lesser offense. The process was expensive, annoying, and you get treated like shit every step of the way. Ended up with 20 hours of community service and a $200 dollar fine.

bottom line: They do take this stuff seriously and increasingly so. Even if you're smart and responsible about using your id theres a very good chance you'll get fucked over at some point along the line and it may not be pretty.
