I hope this all turns out well. I live on the south Devon coast - a bit west of Branscombe admittedly, but still, I wouldn't want this muck wrecking the coast line of any country.
1,700 tonnes of dangerous materials including toxins now beached 1 miles off the coast due to structural failure of the boat. The sea state is not too hot for this sort of thing at the moment.

South devon = beautiful coastline, and some cracking surf spots.
