    newb ski boot q

Alright so I got some new ski boots this year, first pair i have owned, I used them once, and now there is a pretty big "dent" or part of the plastic teared away were the lip on the back of the boot is, right wear it holds it down, that boot popped out once while I was skiing. Is this something I should worry about, or is it just normal?

Seriously, what the hell are you talking about?

If you bought them new, and there is a "dent" in them that makes you pop out of your ski, take them back to where you bought them.

Alright, maybe this isnt a big deal, but to me it just doesnt seem right after 4 hours of skiing, not park or anything, maybe its my bindings that did this, which were adjusted to the boots at a shop, the tension level I set at 7. The boots are Nordica easy move 10's, bindings are salomen s710's. I am assuming the damage happened when my boot poopped out but I was just doing a turn, I was turning hard but I was definatelly in my bindings correctly. Check it out:

That doesn't look so good for those being "new" boots. What kind of bindings do you have?

That looks very excessive for only one day on em! My boots are four years old and don't have near that much wear! What kind of binders do you have?

im starting to think it might be my fault, when I popped out, I had trouble getting back in because I was in a sketchy section, and i just could get it right, maybe I pushed it sideways to hard or something, it was my first time skiing in over a year, and first time on the boots and skis.

Ill have a shop look at them and just be more carefull from now on.

The bindings are not properly adjusted. Not the release setting, but for the boot sole.

BTW...Congratulations. Your initial post has been nominated for the prestigous O'B. Franz Award (sometimes called the "Franzy") which goes to the most incomprehensible submission to the board. The judges are impressed by not only the atrocious spelling, but the absence of any noticeable sentence structure and the way it makes the reader give out a great big "WTF is he talking about?????" James Joyce would be proud of you. You are the front runner. Good luck.
