s916 adjustability

Tried the search function but no luck.

Does anyone know the range of adjustment of Salomon 916 bindings? Particularly, will a binding mounted for a 325mm bootsole be able to accomodate 345mm?

not really. 916's and S900's are pretty sweet. 912's are trash though (in my experience).

Probably not going to adjust that far. You can get cloe to 1.5 (not sure on exact numbers) but the jig and binding are set up to when you mount them to your bsl, you should have room for adjustment either way so you are getting less than 1 cm. You are prolly looking at a remount.

I believe 916s can adjust up to 10mm where as most salomons can adjust up to 20mm. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

pretty much all salomons can go +/- 9-11mm.

look p12/14 adjust about as much as any non-demo binding. they are +/- ~14-15mm.

look zr/p18/fks are about the smallest at around +/- 7mm
