Just thought i'd remind everyone that is injured and on pain killers to make sure they are still moving around to prevent blood clots. I had a friend almost die recently from a blood clot he received as a result of parking it on the couch for too long. He ended up in Intensive care for 4 days with a blood clot in his lung that wasn't too far off reaching his heart.
