Angry Worst Powder Alert e-mail. Ever.

    This morning from Wildcat:

This morning we did pick up 3-4" of snow --it's got some body to it, so it's sticking to the frozen surfaces underneath & is a huge improvement over Sunday's firm surfaces! Pinkham Notch is white once again, so come on up & enjoy it!

And of course I never unsubscribed from the WP conditions e-mail list, so I kept getting all their updates during the storms a few weeks ago...

Our solution this wknd was to go to Johnny D's, see a good band and drink with some friends.

I really didn't think it would be this bad when I bought my ASC pass.

Cold rocks and pebbles. Maybe some soil and grass, and the odd beer can tossed from the quad over the summer. Other wise known as a "variable base".

But in all seriousness, I really hope Wildcat pulls through this year... they've been on the edge for a while, and it's such an amazing mountain.

The souls of those who tried to ski there last week.
The only thing worse than the feeling that you are going to die is the realization that you probably won't.

You guys are free to take some of the surplus snow from my front yard and driveway. Please.

I recently got a dump alert from Mammoth about the 20" they had, but they neglected to mention it all blew away.
