From what I've heard, The Sport Loft is the most expensive place around but also the best. Expect to pay full MSRP + bootfitting $$ and expect to get a pair of boots that fit perfectly.

I had my footbeds (Superfeet cork) done at The Lift House - I think they were around $100 - $120 which is about average.
