I'm thinking of driving up from santa cruz tomorrow morning. Probably clipping tickets and/or waterhouse on Sat. afternnoon, then blackjack and sleep in my car. Wanted to get some backcountry in on Sunday but heard my beacon doesn't do much good when going solo. Also curious if anyone has any suggestions. I'm hoping tonights weather brought some powder somewhere. If anyone has some snow reports or even more so anyone would be interested in meeting up on Sunday give me a shout back.

Well, the pickings are slim, but kb1dqh, myself, and it sounds like MTT will all be out on the hunt on Sunday. Maybe Homewood, maybe Cinder Cone, maybe Rose?? Not really sure yet. We'll keep you on the radar.
