I mounted my 183s boot center to the AT line. They have two lines, one for tele pinline, one for AT boot center, with the AT line being the further rearward. The AT one, I think, is just a short back mark. This is the one to use for boot center mounting, it still puts you several cm in front of where you'd end up using thier pinline mark. It's still plenty far back for powder skiing. I end up skiing mine 1 cm forward of that because I can with bishops.
For tele boot center, I measure from pinline back to the heel and mark the center of that.
This method was endorsed by one Atomic rep I spoke with, he said thier pinline mark was "way too far back".
I know a few other people who've mounted here on my recommendation too and they like it.
edit: Make sure to measure 'cause the topsheets don't line up on mine, ~5mm difference.
