how do I change my usename?

I've tried loggin out and loggin in under my new one but everytime I open TGR I get automatically logged in under my old name.

What's up?

I would also like to change my username and I read that the administrator can do it but only if there is a very good reason...I didn't realize there was a coldsmoke as the only one I entered (and got approved) was cold_smoke. Now I would like to change it to distinguish myself (and coldsmoke)...sorry mang.
