Too much ski for me... or I'm too little man for them. Don't know which.
188 Rossignol Scratch BC. The version with a ski that has a picture of a chick, and one grey ski. I thought they would be my everyday ski when I got my Gotamas for powder days. I ended up skiing the Gots everyday, and the Scratch are just hanging out collecting dust.
The ski is not soft, nor is it hard. I'd call them "Firm" with an even flex, also with a great edge feel and response. They are great at high speed, great for busting crud, they can hold an edge on boiler plate and they don't deflect when you hit ice chunks. I just never seem to get them out, maybe someone could put them to good use.
They have one scratch in the PTex that has been filled, and it isn't even on the running surface. They have been mounted once and are currently mounted with Rossi Axial 140s (Not included) at the rear mounting point. They have tons of camber/pop, and I don't think I've skied them 10 days. The tops are very clean with one ding that I can think of, and the Sessions logo spray painted on the tail of the grey ski (would easily come out with some thinner if you wanted). Bummed to see them go, but it's a shame for them to sit around, so I offer them to whom ever is interested.
