I'm curious how these boots could fit 22.5 thru 24, or is that a typo?

odds are that the upper cuff shell marks. should have a number on the outside of the heel?

    liner is a 24, so I would say a 23 or 24

I double checked the shell size. Definitely 22.5 - 24.0. This is stamped in the shell, not the upper cuffs as suggested. The shells are made to span multiple sizes. It's the liner size that is most important. Since these liners say 24, then they're a 24. If they turn out to be too big, just get a smaller liner and you're golden.

that is uncommon, but dynafit must do that on the tiny sizes to save some $$$.

    ummm, NO

a new smaller liner will just pack out to the shells shape, This will not work after 10 days, might be OK for the first few times, but will packout, and the liner will start slipping in the shell.

    size 24 boot = ladies 7-8 shoe

    I think ladies size 7 would be around 23, size 8 would be a 24 (I'm a 6.5-7 and wear a 22.5).

Edit... and a boot guy did tell me that for really small sizes like 22.5, often the shell is actually a 23-23.5 instead of 22-22.5 because of $$ savings... so yeah, that's probably exactly what dynafit is doing... good to know.
