I know it has been covered before, but I am looking at these now.
I see one through Amtrust for 5.30%
Anyone else using these, and what rates are you seeing?

I like living where the Ogdens are high enough so that I'm not everyone's worst problem.- YetiMan
I have an Emigrantdirect one, no problems whatsoever, it takes a ahile for transfers to move through the system, but even thier customer service responds within a few hours. It earns 5.05% APY (so like 4.93%) and hasn't dropped big time like some of the other introductory rates sometimes do. I think Etrade has one with the same yiled as well, and ING with a but less, there was some page that listed all the accounts and thier rates on the web that I found through google, if you can find it it's a huge help.
Citi does 5% and has a $25 bonus for new accounts.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.
GE has one for 5.3 also but minimum amount is something like $15K. Treasuries are an alternative as well if you have $1000.
I've got ING Direct, and I think the rate is around 4.7% right now. The minimum is like $250, and you get a referral bonus of $25 if someone refers you. I've setup a few others on the board here, let me know if you're interested.

Well recognized source for reliable info. You can compare all of the best deals there.
Damn, we're in a tight spot!
I use emigrantdirect (5.05% APY).
I looked at rate chasing to one of the 5.3%'ers out there (there are a couple), but I'd only get a hundred or so in extra interest over a year and I didn't feel like going through the hassle for that.
So far, Emigrant's been good to me, and I basically keep all my money in there, just transferring money to my chase account to pay bills.
just did an etrade acct,
nice thread, figured 5.05 is better than 2.1
