    QuickStart, recommend me a destination

I'm heading for UT in a couple of weeks for the Straightline camp and although my flight leaves ungodly early (0600 east coast time), I arrive in UT around 1100. I'm planning on cashing in on the QuickStart program and high tailing it over to Park City.

So the question is, which resort do I hit? I've done the Canyons before so I've narrowed it down to Deer Valley or PCMR. I'm only going to have a couple of hours on a Thursday (1/10).

If anyone is planning on being out that day, I'd be game for hooking up.

My flight (as it stands right now) gets me into Utah about the same time on the 10th. Will you have a rental car? (I'm bumming rides.)

The only place around SLC that I haven't skied at, ever, was Deer Valley. I'm tempted to go there just because it's so absurdly expensive, and hey, free ticket...

I am planning on getting a rental car and then picking up my buddy who lands a bit later. I was actually leaning towards DV since I hear they have been doing a lot of glade work and I do love a good glade. Plus there is the point you mentioned, getting something ungodly pricey for the low low price of, free.

I always go to CANYONS....PCMR I find pretty boring and Deer Valley my equipment choice is discriminated against/banned ....but looking at the DV trailmap and layout even if I was allowed in there I would still go to CANYONS = most variety.
