Just got word from a fellow maggot that he scored some ultra cheap lodging in South Lake for the summit. Here's the word:

No, not the econo lodge, just all SLT cheapo motels in general

The sketchy one was the Swiss something motel across from Cutting Edge but that's been bulldozed.

The Super 8 or Motel 9 or whatever has bedbug infestations

I still go for the Clack-recommended Motel 6 near the Y

It's a short walk from the casinos, not the cheapest and you won't find any heroin needles, but its got a killer breakfast joint. I recommend the poached eggs.
