LowePro makes camera bags, backpacks, etc. I use a Slingshot 100 for shooting on the hill and it is pretty much the best "small" camera backpack I have ever seen. The best part about it is it converts from backpack to chestpack/shooting-ready in about 5 seconds so I can stop, shoot and keep riding without slowing down my group very much.
Anyways... I've had the bag since about 11 months and it's seen probably 100 to 125 days on snow. Last week I noticed that the stiching on one of the zippers was starting fail so I called LowePro to see about a reapir or warranty. The customer service guy asked me if I could be without the pack for a few days and I said "Not really. I use it every day." The guy said "No problem. Give me your address and we'll send out a replacement right away."
They didn't ask me for a receipt, where/when I had bought it or anything like that. They just said "No Problem."![]()

I received the new bag 3 days ago and all they want is for me to send my old bag back to them. Definately some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced.
