    can somone explain noaa to me please? JONG I AM

    does anyone understand the infrared 24 hour loop on noaa? i do not get it? when you look at it a storm clearly passes over bozeman but when you look at the forecast it says that nothing is coming? maybe it is just me being colorblind but what the hell?
