Yeah. The things we're filming right now are called "Hidden Runs". They'll be showing on KXLY during the local news as fillers. The filmers shoot 3 runs at each of the 5 local areas. Last week was Lookout, this week is 49, Schweitzer is next week. They're the filmers, I'm the poser, one of a few anyway.

I was thinking about asking but since it's not my gig, I'm a little reluctant to screw up my own deal. But I'll kind of see how it goes tomorrow and might see if it would work out next week. How early could you be at Schweitzer if something popped? We usually have to be there about 7:30 so that we can ride the lifts for like an hour before they open to the public.

Tomorrow we're riding the East Basin at 49 which has been getting snow all week while the mountain's been closed. They're putting us up at 8:00 and not opening the East Basin area until we're done. It sucks to be me!

I don't know about Silver but probably on the 16th. It may be mid-week sometime though because I think they're running up on deadline. Same with MS. I'll see if I can work ya in.

edit: BTW, did you ever get your PM to work?

ummm....yeah, sure.....that'll be juuuuuuust fine! We'll be shooting Schweitzer on Monday at 3:00 in the afternoon. Meet me at the clocktower. I'll be the one in the invisible Aegix gear with the shoulder mounted speakers on my helmet. If you don't see me, go ahead and start without me. We'll be shooting Musical Chairs. Make sure you're steezin' it big for the camera.

Here's a short clip from one of this year's shows (not Hidden Runs) that gives you a little idea of what we shoot.

heh...wish I could say the same but, back in 'the day' it was kinda what we wore. I've probably had 3 or 4 of them but it was a LONG time ago and I never liked them. They really do suck. I can't believe that they're selling them again.

for all the newskoolers i guess. if you are skiing neck deep EVERY day you are on the snow, it might be a different story, but ONLY if you are lucky enough in life to have that type of luxurious lifestyle.....
