This question stems from another thread. I sent my binders back to salomon over a month ago on warranty. My shop said that they never see anything from salomon in less than a month to a month and a half. Salomon's service told me that their turn around time was three days. Their website also says that they process returns within 48 hours. Shipping from Utah shouldn't take very long. Soooo... what is the actual turn around time from Salomon?
