    "Action Sports" websites

I'm trying to do some traffic comparisons of various types of "actions sports" websites, and so I need to develop a list of high-traffic sites that are focused on action sports in general or a particular sport. Some examples are:

    outsidemag.com
    surfline.com
    lat34.com
    broadbandsports.com
    tetongravity.com
    newschoolers.com

Can you guys supply some collective knowledge for me? Reply with names of sites that you think fit.

    Thanks in advance.

Not that I don't appreciate all the contributions so far, but I'm much weaker on the non-skiing sites. Any ideas there?

Since then it's been a book you read in reverse, so you understand less as the pages turn.

It is no measure of ones health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

    Suit,

Not really an "action" sport site, but besides here, the other site I spend some time on is the Drake. What is with me and WY based forums? Or is it the self moderated forums?

    Good Luck,
    Jay

Beginnertri is awesome! I did a few runs with some folks from that board. They have a very dedicated group, actually a lot like TGR but moderated. There was a women who posted a fair amount and lived in path of Katrina. She lost everything including her home and her college. Others onthe board arranged a job, housing, a college to finish her degree, and a new bike so she could still train. Very much like the TGR community.

Hijack: Tacoma-when will I be excited to go running again? This post marathon thing sucks!!! I have no desire to run, I have to force myself out the door. PM me if you have any advice
