I sent my old spyder shell in and they are going to warranty it. For a slight upcharge I can pick up this technical shell. Spyder doesn't do much in shells other than their lower line stuff. Anyone have an opinion on it?

Waterproofing is good and breathability is not bad. The diaplex material looks pretty techy and the shell is really light weight. I just wish it had a powder skirt.
