    Question Which Skis????

Well heres my proplem, I'm 18, 6,6ft and 220 pounds and I need some new planks. I want them for mostly bc but I need skis which I can thrash on the hard stuff aswell. I wont have the chance to try any out since i have size 16 boots and none of the shops are willing to re drill the bindings on the demo skis. I was thinking of the atomic Big Daddy, Thug or the rossignol bandit squad. Any advice would be great.

    Cheers,

    Jon

Not sure what size shoe you wear, but are you even in the right size boot? If you wear a 17 ish shoe, you're probably right on, but if you wear a 16 shoe, you should be in more like a 14 or 15 or a 32.0 or 33.0. Nothing like getting your skis drilled too far apart, then getting the right size (smaller) boots and having to redrill.

Oh, and look at the list, JONG.
It's heartbreaking to see a chick who's too anorexic.

Jon- When I read your size the first ski I thought of was the Big Dad('06 shape). Mag after Mag will tell you that it will lay trenches on the groomed and we don't have to get into what its like on the pow.
I have heard good things about the Thug and if you have been watching any of these threads everyone on this forum loves the Squad, all you need to do now is compare shapes and flex to see which most fits your style then...pull the trigger. Cool + the gang!

Got my hands on Squads for the first time last week. They are STIFF. Now I know what everyone's been talking about. That is all.
