Snowing @ Mt. Bachelor w/ no end in sight

The pow at Bachelor is dry and consistent. Every morning is a new day of fresh tracks. Our friends from Tahoe are coming to visit and give thanks for the great conditions. They called Monday begging to visit (Jonseing for snow). What are friends for. Can't wait show you the local secret runs Dave!!!

I still have not unloaded my car since returning from LCC. Bend Oregon is only 400 miles from here. I am getting the itch for another road trip! Is the snow looking that good?

It is that good. The absence of lift lines is the best part. It opened last weekend with the front side only. Tomorrow is the first day for the back side. That means 15" of freshie for the early birds. The link is for conditions...check out the rest for yourself.

Dude I have warned you about early season on Outback and Northwest ... how many times? Coverage was a surprise today .... BUT ... there is not enough to really get into Outback. Close maybe. My rule of thumb is 48" (and that's a true 48, not a Bachy 48) minimum. Don't be coming to me with your core shots.

Good to "hear" your voice bro. You definately should come on down. I'll be working in the demo shop all weekend but may get to cut out for a little ski break time. Ab So Lutely down for beers etc Sat. night. Tapper has my cell number ... send a PM if you're coming down.

Yeah, done at Joes. Sooo ... when you rip your base on Outback I imagine I can get some shop time to mend it.

Hey where's the best site for Bachelor forecasts? The weather link on their site is pretty weak. Kinda weird how the NOAA forecast for the cascades is a foot or more but the bachelor forecast page only predicts a few inches the next couple days.
