Hahaha - I used to know the whole story behind that last rule.

It has something to do with a group of aspiring guides or outdoor adventure students, a toaster oven, and a meal of fish. I hink it was fish - it was something that made a large area of the hotel quite aware of what was for dinner that night anyways...
