Our world is full of surrender at the first sign of adversity, do not give up when the challenge meets you, meet the challenge. Through perseverance comes the rewards, the rewards that make life so enjoyable.

Seize the day, trusting little in the future.

if you want something, go after it. if you want to screw someone over, look DEEP in your heart and realize Karma is a bitch

Told ya. And Killy was the MAN. But who was the first master of steep? ( he may also hold the record for most vertical in one day ( without lift assistance?) actually that might be that gal who skiied down Everest a short time ago. And who killed Spider Sabich? And finally which Italian won Olympic Gold in ski racing and only can see out of one eye?

Who broke Oddvar Braa's pole in Oslo in 1982?
You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.

First 2 correct, there's another one eyed Italian Ski racer? New hint for 3rd question: Innsbruck Olympics, won't tell you which Olympiad.

Oh I guess I was wrong on RR's character in DH Racer where he was from. At first I thought Bishop CA for some reason, but as soon as someone said Idaho Springs, I knew they were right.

Those were pretty easy. This one is moderately difficult: where did Nancy Greene (Raine) hoist the first Coupe du Monde in 1967?

Nope, in the intro to Stepping Up, he speaks of being shown the smear turn by bridger locals. Although I don't think anyone "invented it" it is just a natural response to skiing steep narrow chutes with no runouts.

Anyways, I'm probably overthinking this, so carry on.

Oh, and the answer to the first question is obviously a ganjala somewhere.

Now if they had asked who is the highest liftee in the world, I would have got that one too.

Okay, I give up on the one-eyed Italian racer....
