    Thank you! I have been looking for some of this information.

    Whether in the Slide Zone or elsewhere, this thread really needs a sticky.

    I just finished my three-day CA Avi I course in Kicking Horse today. My eyes are about five times as open as they were on Friday morning. Thanks for the links to a ton of awesome info
