Eli did play well. The Giants really played well. But the 'boys played better.

I hate to say it after they beat my 49ers.
But next Sunday they will be my other favorite team.
    Go Saints!

Workmanlike even in the face of occasionally sloppy play, the Pats went to 9-3 and showed flashes of brilliance (and stupidity) on both sides of the ball.

    We aren't going away.

I hate the fucking Cowboys (just like the Dude hates the fucking Eagles - the band, not the team, for those not privy to Lebowski lore).

Go Bears! We will bitch slap any of thse teams that make it to Chicago in late January....

I am with Freshies. The Bears have knocked out a player over the last four games. Chester "the Molester" Taylor was the last casualty - bruised ribs.
I cannot wait for Urlacher to smoke Reggie Bush or Jones/Barber in the playoffs.

personally, nothing would be better than seeing "America's Team" (self proclaimed) make it to the NFC Championship game in Solider Field on a bone chilling Sunday in January, and watch T.O. get knocked out stone cold when he goes across the middle, and see Romo on his back all day...with the Big Tuna going ballistic at the post-game news conference.....

im a bears fan. but i have no faith in them, our record is suspect cause our schedule is so weak, we lost to miami, should have lost to the cards and vikings the first time. We have no O whatsoever and the worst QB in the NFL. While the D is very tough, we still havent met a good O this year. come playoff time the d wont be able to do it all and O is going to have to do somthing. I have no faith. we need a qb that can at least match his INT's with TD's.

You sure you're a Bears fan?

I hear ya...but we are still 10-2, we did crush Seattle, we beat the Giants and the Jets (who were hot at the time) on the road, and narrowly lost to the Pats on the road....rememebr, Grossman is essentially a rookie (he has started all of 17 games), and as playoffs near, teams get more conserative. Bears included: they will dumb down the O and run the ball more, and make short passes more of a priority...we will be OK. The playoffs run through Solider Field, and I like our chances against any NFC team that makes it that far...

What really worries me is Harris and Brown being out, those guys (besides you know who) are the heart and soul of the D...

Keep the faith brother, keep the faith.

That was painful to watch. Oh well. They'd better crush the Eagles...

Gawd Damn, did you see the Bears crush the Rams last night? Hester is en fuego, they need to find a way to get that cat more touches. Line him up as a slot back and throw screens to him, something, anything, get him more touches!

I am also happy for Rex, maybe the haters will chill for another week or two.

Just in case nobody has yet realized it, T.O. is one classy mutha. Yes, he burned DeAngelo Hall (one of the freakishly fastest dudes in the league) but jeezo pete, spitting in his face? That's just demented. Karma will be repaying T.O. in the worst way. I'm keeping a bag of popcorn handy for that day.

NFC Championship game @ Solider Field. Once T.O. gets smacked his first couple times across the middle, he will be short arming everything else all day long, crying like a pussy...would love to see B.U. knock him out.

What's wrong with the Giants? Let's backtrack a few years when Fox was DC and Peyton was OC. But that's the past and can't be fixed. What can be fixed is obtaining a new OC that won't call for a toss on 2nd and 1. And trading Merriman and Rivers for Eli wasn't too fucking bright either. [/rant]

    Predictions:
    Baltimore @ SD for AFC
Dallas @ Chicago for NFC or Saints @ Dallas for NFC
