Hey Gamma, thanks for putting this all together! Extra beer money is surely deserved.

This being a group buy and all would you please post the particulars of the deal including binding cost, any additional discounts, expected freight, and any saved costs by shipping some of the binders to local distribution points.
It's just about checks and balances you know... no worries. I just know everyone will feel more comfortable with the transaction if they know all the details. I guess it could be done through PM's as well.
